 Kalmar Nyckel has appeared in numerous films over the years, including a recent National Geographic Television Special called "Return of the Ghost Ship" and a major documentary for the BBC. We can provide dockside and underway opportunities for filming. Our ship is an accurate and magnificent square-rigged sailing ship, perfect for capturing traditional sailing scenes or pirate action. Our captains and crew are experienced hands working with helicopters, chase boats, and with camera teams on the deck and in the rig to capture the ship at exciting angles while under sail.
