Come sail with us. Kalmar Nyckel offers river cruises, day and evening sails, and appearances from April through October each sailing season.

Weather Conditions

The ship's schedule is subject to change without notice due to the nature of the weather and conditions beyond our control.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled sail time with a full refund or rescheduled sail if available. The ship sails rain or shine, however in the event of severe weather/high winds, the Captain may need to cancel the sail. If your sail is cancelled, we will contact you to reschedule or provide a refund. Please note: if you do not show up for your scheduled sail, you will be charged for your reservation (no refund). If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled sail for parties of any size, no refunds will be given. New tickets must be purchased for another sail.

Group Ticket Purchases

For purchases of more than six (6) tickets: you must cancel two weeks before the sail to receive a full refund. Within the two-week period, no refunds will be given.
